By using Waspire scripts and this website you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance

By entering this site or executing any Waspire script, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old. By using our services you confirm you are 13 or older.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

Scripts are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Using third-party scripts in Roblox may result in:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Loss of Robux, items, or game progress
• IP or device bans from Roblox

Waspire and Marcus accept no liability for any consequences.

4. Key System

Some scripts require a key. Keys are free and distributed via our Discord. Anyone selling Waspire keys is not affiliated with us.

5. Intellectual Property

All Waspire scripts, the name, logo, and branding belong to Marcus. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim authorship of any Waspire script.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use scripts to harass specific players, reverse-engineer Waspire code, or misrepresent Waspire scripts.

7. No Warranty

Scripts are provided as-is. Roblox updates may break them without warning.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waspire and Marcus shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated at any time. Major changes announced in Discord. Continued use means you accept the updates.

We collect as little as possible. This policy explains exactly what we do and don't collect.

1. What We Don't Collect

This website does not collect personal data. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics, no IP logging, no account systems.

2. Script Execution

When you execute a Waspire script, it loads from a third-party API. The script does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data or Roblox credentials.

3. Third-Party API

Scripts are hosted via a third-party API. Their own privacy policy applies to their infrastructure. We pass no personal data to them.

4. Discord

Our Discord server is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy. We don't store or share your Discord data outside of Discord itself.

5. Verification Gate

The age/terms verification is processed entirely client-side in your browser. Your responses are never transmitted to any server.

6. Children (COPPA)

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

7. Your Rights

Since we collect no personal data, standard data rights don't apply. Any privacy concerns can be raised by DMing Marcus on Discord.

8. Changes

Policy may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be announced in Discord.
